TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coqui-Grams ® Inc., operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico since 1985.  All  our services are carried out within the bounds of WHOLESOME HUMOR, GOOD TASTE AND RESPECT. WE DO NOT USE COSTUMES, LANGUAGE, GESTURES OR INSINUATIONS OF A SEXUAL NATURE THAT MAY BE INAPPROPRIATE OR OFFENSIVE TO OUR PUBLIC. Likewise, we do NOT offer nor promote STRIPPER services.

2. Coqui-Grams commits itself to provide the following entertainment service:

4. Cost of the service:  - + PUERTO RICO Municipal TAX=Estatal TAXDeposit:- (Cash or credit card) -Balance :-

5. The deposit is $25.00 for the "Coquigram" or 50% of the total amount (Other services), and it must be paid either by credit card or cash once the activity has been confirmed by the Coqui-Grams staff.

6. The customer hereby acknowledges having received  orientation regarding the contracted service either by telephone or e-mail.

7. Any service rendered by our company shall be considered confirmed if complies with the following conditions:  signed contract, deposit and completed information sheet.. If any of the foregoing has not been submitted to us, the order is not guaranteed, and may be cancelled.

8. If for reasons beyond the control of Coqui-Grams  the service cannot be carried out, the full amount may be charged by the company (to the credit card or cash) at its discretion, and the deposit is not refundable. In the event that the recipient were not present at the time agreed, an additional $25 shall be charged to the customer if he/she requests that we return  to offer the service. If the customer has no credit card, the balance of the activity must be paid in cash.

9. If the recipient does not wish to receive the service contracted, the full service shall be charged.

10. If the responsibility for failure to provide the service falls on Coqui-Grams  100% of the money paid shall be refunded.

11. Coqui-Grams reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or limit the duration of any service if it considers that the conditions in the place at the moment of the presentation, are not appropriate (Ex:  harassment, use and/or offering of controlled substances, inebriated persons, unruly behavior, etc.)

12. A singing telegram or COQUIGRAMA®, lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes under normal conditions, that is, without undue interruptions by the recipient or persons present in the activity, if there is a reasonable amount of information about the recipient (5 or 6 items) and  if it takes place in a respectful environment.

13. We are not responsible for information that the customer or guest may provide us that is not pleasing to someone present.

14. We do NOT guarantee strict punctuality in regard to our services, but we make our best effort to arrive within the time stipulated in this contract.

15. Coqui-Grams shall automatically charge the balance of the activity to the credit card provided, if the customer does not pay said  balance on the day of the activity.

16. Company Checks returned (previously accepted by our staff) due to insufficient funds must be paid by the customer in cash, plus a $15.00 charge for the returned check.
